Verbatim TUFF CLIP USB Flash Drive
The new flash drives from Verbatim are the TUFF-CLIP USB drives which come in two storage capacities. It is constructed from a ABS plastic. which is well known for its hard wearing and shock absorbent properties and has been used to create golf club heads, protective headgear and a wide range of automotive body parts.
The 4GB TUFF-CLIP USB drives come in Turquoise while the 8GB TUFF-CLIP USB drives are in black. Both USB drives feature an ultra-rugged plastic enclosure with a retractable slider which protects the USB connector.
HTC Whitestone, Mega and Tachi Coming from Verizon Soon and Already Leaked Now
The HTC Whitestone, Mega and Tachi got leaked (yes, leaked) and will come from Verizon as soon as possible
However, the HTC Whitestone will come with a 3.6-inch WVGA display, a 528MHz Qualcomm processor, 256MB of RAM and Windows Mobile 6.1. The HTC Mega will get you a 2.8-inch QVGA screen, a 3-megapixel camera, a 528MHz Qualcomm processor, 256MB of RAM and Windows Mobile 6.5. We don’t exactly have info on the HTC Tachi but at least we have the picture of it.
Bear in your mind that it’s not only AT&T that’s going to bring you new HTC devices soon. Verizon also has some HTC handsets scheduled for launch at some point in the future: the Whitestone, the Mega and the Tachi.
Rogers Wireless Begins 21Mbps HSPA+Network
It seems that Rogers is getting really aggressive lately. After announcing netbooks with embedded 3G wireless, and giving their Internet users 50 Mbps speeds, Rogers has announced that they will become the first telco in North America to roll out HSPA+ which will give users speeds of up to 21Mbps anywhere they can get a cell signal.
While this is cool for Canadians and a pretty big coup for Rogers, there is one thing that stops me from jumping up and down. Canada has some of the highest cellular phone rates in the world. So it really doesn’t matter how fast my cellular data connection goes if I can’t afford it. How high are Canadian cell phone rates? Here’s an example of what the rest of the world pays.
HTC Touch Pro2 and Samsung Gravity 2 for T-Mobile Coming Next Month
In an effort to show T-Mobile’s customers that they deserve something newer than the wing, it appears that the HTC Touch Pro2 will be coming on August 12 while the Samsung Gravity 2 (SGH-t469) is going to be available on August 19, reports the Cellphonesignal.
In a show of good cheer, the device will be available in all channels at launch, in a rare gesture, even employees will be able to purchase the device. More info, read below

Novatel’s MiFi 2372 3G Wi-Fi Hotspot
The Novatel MiFi 2372 router has just been announced, and will work perfectly anywhere in North America. The product comes equipped with support for 3G networks (UMTS/HSPA) plus support for GPRS/EDGE data connections. The Novatel MiFi 2372 supports speeds up to 7.2Mbps (downloads) and a 5.76 Mbps (uploads).
Android 2.0 Donut Coming This Summer?
As already reported, the Android developing team plans to come to the market with a series of new firmware version and major updates for the platform during the ongoing year, of course one of the upcoming updates would be Android 2.0, also known as Donut.
The new firmware version is reportedly much more stable and coming with a lot of bug fixes, which means that there might not be visible things included in the package.











MobileOne’s Novatel MiFi 2352 Mobile Hotspot
Novatel Wireless and MobileOne, launched the MiFi 2352 Intelligent Mobile Hotspot, making MobileOne the first Asian operator to offer a MiFi device. The MiFi 2352 supports triband HSPA (900/1900/2100Mhz) and quadband GPRS/EDGE (850/900/1800/1900Mhz). The MiFi 2352 being such an exciting product is that it is SIM-unlocked, which makes it compatible with SIM cards from nearly any cellular provider. Travelling with ultraportable MiFi abroad is now possible and should be easy to do.
