Thecus N0503 ComboNAS Officially Announced

Thecus, a company that specializes in network attached storage (NAS) products, has today launched the world’s first NAS to support either 2.5in and 3.5in hard drives in the form of the N0503 ComboNAS. The new Thecus NAS will provide users with a more flexible design, enabling them to choose the form factor they want to adopt when upgrading their storage solution. The solution can accommodate 3 hard drives of 3.5-inch form factor.

Core i7+2 6-Core Gulftown Coded as Core i9

Most of you may have heard that Intel will be releasing the 6 core nehalem version of the i7. It is said to be called “Core i9″. Is that right? Yup, why not? It’s since the news has been confirmed by several partners close to Intel.Upcoming 32nm Gulftown 6-core monster will be named Core i9. Yup, that’s right! Intel has just revealed the new Core name pattern but now there are rumors about possible CPUs of the Core i9 series. The 32 nm 6-core Gulftown is said to be an appropriate candidate.

Toshiba Offers an SSD for Dynabook NXW

More notebooks news from the Toshiba Front! If the Satellite notebooks got an update, how could the Dynabooks stay behind? The Dynabooks are the company’s light-weight notebooks and the latest additions include: Toshiba Dynabook SS S30, Toshiba Dynabook SS M36 and the Toshiba Dynabook NXW (PANXW76HLA10PW3), another little Dynabook NX Series.

Toshiba, however, now offers an SSD specifically for Dynabook NXW/PANXW76HLA10PW3 system.
