Amazon updates its Kindle e-book reader, introducing the new Kindle WiFi and the Kindle 3G+WiFi. Compare to the original Kindle (Kindle 2 to be exact), the new Kindle has a new sleek design with a 21 percent smaller body while still keeping the same 6-inch-size reading area, a 15 percent lighter weight at just 8.7 ounces, 20 percent faster page turns, up to one month of battery life, double the storage to 3,500 books.

Elonex has decided to wade in with the likes of BeBook, Sony and Amazon by introducing its very own eBook reader. It’s a rather standard, but not necessarily in a bad way, 6 inch reader.
