New Rumor: Nokia Booklet 3G Second Generation

According to various rumors Nokia Booklet 3G’s second generation will be descended next year. The current version of Nokia Booklet 3G, however, is encased in aluminum housing, and is based on the Intel Atom processor and runs under Windows os. The device comes equipped with 10.1-inch display that can display HD-image, and weight netbook as a light is only 1.25 kg.

Among the outstanding characteristics of Nokia Booklet 3G, manufacturer noted super thin (2 cm) and battery life provides up to 12 hours.

The Nokia Booklet 3G supports third-generation standards of 3G/HSPA. It also has a slot for a SIM card with the “hot swappable” feature. Wireless Adapters, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth in a number of characteristics of the device are also present. Since communicators and smartphones of Nokia Booklet 3G also makes related integrated GPS receiver. The remaining possibilities manufacturer mentions support for SD memory card and HDMI port.

The details of its first netbook will be revealed September 2nd at the Nokia World 2009. It will become the complete specification, release dates and the cost of new items, according to Nokia.
