Razer a computer peripherals manufacturer have announced a new portable Bluetooth gaming mouse with an ambidextrous design aiming laptop users, named Orochi. The mouse has a 4000dpi Razer Precision 3G Laser sensor, which enables movement speeds of 5 times when compared to 800dpi optical sensors, dual-mode wired / wireless functionality and 7 programmable buttons.
These seven buttons are with a Razer Synapse on-board memory for macro storage. A 3-foot cord is included to power it up, in case if the 2 AA batteries of the mouse have lost their charge which approximately runs for 1-3 months under normal usage. Orochi is priced at $80 and additionally you can purchase an ultra thin, ultra-soft Razer Kabuto mouse pad for $20, if you feel that it is worth.
