HP Introduces Pavilion Slimline s5000, p6000, Elite e9000, Compaq Presario CQ5000 Desktop PCs

HP has announced four of its desktop lines include: HP Slimline, HP Pavilion, HP Elite and Compaq Presario, also with an update to their MediaSmart Server software for TouchSmart PCs.

The PCs feature stylish new looks that complement any room and give consumers a fast and powerful computing experience with plentiful storage for digital content. In addition, HP have announced that select consumer PCs bought from today onwards will be eligible for their Windows 7 Upgrade Program.

All of these desktops are HP Pavilion Slimline s5000 and Pavilion p6000 series desktops and features AMD Athlon or Intel Pentium Dual Core processor, 4GB DDR3 RAM, 500GB hard drive, 6-in-1 memory card reader, and Vista.

As for the desktop PC, that kicks off with an AMD Phenom / Intel Core 2 Quad processor, 4gigs of DDR3 RAM, 500GB hard drive, and 512MB dedicated NVIDIA graphics card. And the Compaq Presario CQ5000 series desktop provides an AMD Athlon X2 chip, 320gigs of storage, 3GB RAM, and Nvidia GeForce 6150 SE graphics with 128MB.

Anyway, the HP Pavilion Slimline s500 series begins at $289, while the Pavilion p6000 series starts at $269. Meanwhile the Pavilion Elite e9000 starts at $599 and the Compaq Presario CQ5000 is $379.
