WalkBox-S1 is the thinnest portable speaker in the world, and designed for portable use. According to its official website, the device will work with any MP3, MP4 Player, cell phone or computer with a 3.5 or 2.5 mm headphone or line output socket.

WalkBox-S1 has dual speakers to provide quality audio, suitable for use within a small radius, the speakers do produce a good volume, especially considering their size.

This speaker is of quality, something that you would expect as Fiio are the makers of the Meizu mDock, whcih itself is a fantastic compact speaker/dock set.

The WalkBox has a metallic front and a solid plastic back, the overall build and finishing is also very good and would make for a nice addition to anyone’s travel accessories. The WalkBox can be powered either by USB (wall charger or from a PC) or can be powered with the use of two AAA batteries. It also has its own volume control and a 3.5mm headphone input port (comes with a 3.5mm to 3.5mm headphone jack cable).
