Buffalo has presents a new portable optical drive in black coating, shiny and sexy. It is external Blu-Ray burner (PX68U2-BR-BK). Buffalo external Blu-Ray writer has a USB 2.0 interface. It has dimensions 137×142×20 mm (WxDxH) and weights is 340 grams. Buffalo external Blu-Ray writer has up to 6x for writing of BD-R, 4x of BD-R DL, 2x of BD-RE SL/DL, 8x of DVD-R/+R/+RW, 6x of DVD-RW.

Also, 5x of DVD-RAM, 4x of DVD-RW/+RW DL, 10x of CD-RW, and 24x of CD-R. Buffalo BR-PX68U2-BK Blu-ray Burner has just been presented in Japan and its cost is 230€ (about $348).

Buffalo 6x external Blu-Ray writer will be available in early next month. It is comes with various software such as the CyberLink PowerDirector 8 HE, PowerProducer 5, PowerDVD 8 BD edition, Power2Go 6, PowerBackup 2, InstantBurn 5 and MediaShow 4 software.
